三、特点

本品能溶于水或分散于水、酒精和丙酮等中，可用作织物整理剂。它用法简单，能与树脂同浴，整理浴液切变稳定性高，无破乳漂油问题。使用本品整理织物可减少树脂用量。

本品同时赋予织物以下性能：

1、柔软性：经本品整理的织物柔软滑爽，手感舒适，风格优雅。它赋予薄型织物以丝绸感、赋予厚型织物毛料感。

2、亲水性：经本品整理的织物亲水性良好，透气性好，着服性佳，可消除合成纤维织物燥身、闷气和不吸汗等特点。

3、抗静电性：经本品整理的织物抗静电性能好，静电效应小，不易吸尘，具有良好的防污性，较易洗涤。

4、防缩性：经本品整理的织物尺寸稳定性好，适用于羊毛织物的防缩整理。

5、弹性：经本品整理的织物弹性较好，急弹和缓弹大幅度提高，质料挺括。

四、用途

1.可用于涤纶、尼龙等合成纤维织物，棉麻等天然纤维织物、羊毛、真丝绸等蛋白质纤维织物，以及棉/涤，毛/涤等混纺织物，本品亦可用于处理丝、纱线和缝纫线，处理后的纤维和丝光泽性好，滑脱、缝纫性佳。

2.用于日用化学品中，如各种化妆品用膏剂、乳剂和洗发香波等。用含本品的香波洗过的头发松、软、富有光泽、可梳性好。

3.可用于制革行业，是皮革滑爽剂和涂饰剂的主要成份。它赋予各种天然革面滑爽、光亮、柔软和舒适的手感等性能。

4.油漆的优良添加剂，可提高油漆的流平性，使涂面滑溜、光亮。

5.可作为塑料添加剂和脱模剂等。

五、包装及储运

本品用50kg、200kg塑料桶包装，储存于通风、阴凉、干燥处，避免混入酸、碱及其它杂质。有效储存期一年。按非危险品储存及运输。

Features

This product can be dissolved in water or dispersed in water, alcohol, acetone, etc., and can be used as a fabric finishing agent. It is easy to use and can be bathing with the resin. The finishing bath has high shear stability and no problem of demulsification or oil bleaching. Using this product to organize fabrics can reduce the amount of resin used.

This product also endows the fabric with the following properties:

Application

1. It can be used for synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon, natural fiber fabrics such as cotton and linen, protein fiber fabrics such as wool and silk, and cotton/polyester, wool/polyester and other blended fabrics. It can also be used for processing silk, yarn and sewing thread. The treated fiber has good luster, slippage and sewing properties.

2. Used in daily chemicals, such as various cosmetic ointments, emulsions, and shampoo. The hair washed with shampoo containing this product is loose, soft, shiny, and has good combability.

3. It can be used in the leather industry and is the main component of leather smoothing and finishing agents. It endows various natural leather surfaces with properties such as smoothness, brightness, softness, and comfortable feel.

4. Excellent additives for paint can improve the smoothness of the paint, making the surface smooth and bright.

5. It can be used as a plastic additive and release agent.

Packaging, storage and transportation

This product is packaged in 50kg and 200kg plastic drums and stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place to avoid mixing with acids, alkalis, and other impurities. The effective storage period is one year. Storage and transportation of non-hazardous materials.
