三、适用范围

1、用于有机硅压敏胶作为增粘剂；

2、制作耐高温涂料，用于H级电机的绝缘及接合、密封等；

3、在缩合型液体硅橡胶中作为补强添加剂，补强后的硅橡胶无色透明，机械强度高；

4、可制作防水涂料，如日化业制作唇膏等；

5、可用于脱模剂的原材料；

6、作为一种基础原料添加到消泡剂中，可提高消泡和抑泡能力。

四、包装与储存

采用25kg纸板桶或200kg内衬塑铁桶包装。室温密封保存，溶液半年，粉末及硅油型一年。储存时间超过标签所标注的使用期限并不意味着该产品不能继续被使用。但此种情况下，需要重新检测。

Features & Benefits

MQ silicone resin is a polysiloxane compound with a double-layer structure of compact spheres.It has good heat resistance, film-forming property, adhesion, water-repellency, aging resistance and UV radiation resistance. MQ silicone resin can be used as tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives, construction sealants, organic resin coatings, etc., as well as for the bonding of mobile phone buttons and epoxy adhesives.

Applications

1. Used as tackifier for silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive;

High temperature resistant coatings, used for insulation, bonding, sealing, etc. of Class H motors
Reinforcing additive in condensation silicone rubber, to enhance color, transparency and mechanical strength
Waterproof coatings in daily chemical industry, such as lipstick
It can be used as a raw material for making release agents;
Raw material for defoamer to improve defoaming and foam inhibition ability.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 25kg cardboard drums or 200kg lined plastic iron drums. Room temperature sealed storage, solution for half a year, powder and silicone oil type for one year. If the storage time exceeds the expiration date indicated on the label, it does not mean that the product cannot continue to be used. But in this case, retesting is necessary.
