SH-PU1280聚氨酯三防涂料
一、性能及用途
本产品为淡黄色透明液体，具有柔韧性能较好，抗冷热冲击性较好，防潮，耐气候老化等特点。产品可采用室温固化与加热固化双重固化方式，固化后与金属、PCB板材等基材具有良好的附着力，可为计算机产品、电源产品、通讯产品、音响设备、家用电器、仪器设备、医疗设备、新能源产业等电子元器件的三防保护，能提高电子元器件寿命和使用稳定性。本产品可添加紫外线荧光剂，便于后期施工捡漏工作。

三、包装及贮运
本品在通风良好处低温（0℃-30℃）密闭贮存，有效贮存期6个月，超期复验，若符合标准，仍可使用；常规包装200Kg/铁桶或20Kg/铁桶，也可根据用户需求协商指定包装，按易燃品贮运。
四、施工参考
1、本品可采用刷涂、喷涂、浸涂等方法施工。涂层以不流卦、不漏涂为准。
2、涂装前，须先将待涂物件表面的水份和油污除净。
3、第一道涂膜表干后，才可涂第二道。
4、本产品固化时，应避免吹风设备直接对着装有本产品的敞口容器吹，以免挥发过快而浪费材料或出现表面发白现象。一次未用完应及时将容器密封以备下次再用。
5、施工时应严禁明火，且避免穿戴易产生静电的工作服。

Ⅲ Packaging, Storage & Delivery
This product should be sealed stored in a well-ventilated place at low temperature (0℃-30℃) .The effective storage period of the product is 6 months. Overdue the storage, if the product meet the standard, it can still be used. General packed in 200kg / iron drum or 20kg / iron drum, the packaging can be specified according to the needs of users. Be storied and transported as dangerous goods.
IV. Construction reference
1.This product can be applied by brushing, spraying, dipping and other methods. The coating is subject to no flow of hexagrams and no leakage of coating.
2. Before painting, the water and oil on the surface of the object to be painted must be removed.
3. The second coating can be applied only after the surface of the first coating is dry.
4.When the product is curing, avoid blowing equipment directly to the open container containing this product, to avoid volatilization too fast to waste materials or occur surface whitening phenomenon. If it is not used up at one time, the end of the barrel should be covered in time for reuse next time.
5. Open fire shall be strictly prohibited during construction, and work clothes easy to produce static electricity shall be avoided.
